ABW Red Clay Bricks are manufactured by grinding or crushing the clay in mills and mixing it with water to make it plastic. After that, the plastic clay is shaped, textured, dried, and fired. The composition of clay varies over a wide range. Usually, clays are composed mainly of Silica (grains of sand), Alumina, Lime, Iron, Manganese, Sulphur, and Phosphate, in different proportions. These are burned in Kiln which makes them durable. Modern, fired, clay bricks are formed in one of the three processes Soft mud, Dry press, and extruded. ABW Red Clay Bricks are building materials used to make walls, pavements, and other elements in masonry construction.
